The 2017 Rookie 2 Race Program is a program to help you get ready for your first sprint or olympic triathlon under the guidance of a coach.

  •  This program is designed for athletes newer to triathlon who have never been coached. Athletes must also be a member of the Atlanta Triathlon All Access Membership to qualify (or join!).
  • The spring session started on January 16th and runs through May 6th. Our target races for the spring session are the Peachtree International Triathlon and Supersprint on May 6th.
  • The summer session starts on March 20th and runs through June 25th. Our target races for the summer session are the Chattanooga Waterfront International and Sprint or other races in June and July.
  • The fall season starts the week of May 22nd. Our target races for the fall session are the John Tanner 2 Sprint Triathlon/ Tugaloo Olympic Triathlon and other races happening during the late August/ September time frame.

Our team of experienced, certified coaches offers triathlon and single sport coaching through Energy Lab. Your goals are our goals and we work as a team to help you break new ground.

  • Your program is full customized to your individual goals, strengths, and areas of opportunity

  • Data based training using power, heart rate, and other metrics.
  • Unlimited access to all group workouts including 6 – 10 Energy Lab sessions per week
  • Twice per month open water swim sessions during the season
